Clint and I went to this awesome bar last night with the most interesting concept. It's a regular sit down bar with good music, but the drink prices adjust in stock market fashion. So, there are 4 boards with lists of drinks that adjusts every 5 minutes based on demand...so if five Kronenbergs were ordered in the last five minutes, the price of Kronenberg goes up and the other beers go down. Apparently, according to their website, there are also crashes just like the stocks where the prices of drinks are drastically dropped.
It was fascinating. The place was packed and everyone's watching the board to see the drink prices.

I'd be interested to know the name of this bar - apparently it's been mentioned on the Freakonomics blog, too. The concept is pretty genius.
