Every city that I've ever lived in has claimed to be the WORST for allergies. I feel like people are always proud to tell me that (insert your city here) is thee worst. Well people, we have a new winner! Paris! I've never sneezed so much...its practically humorous, I can't stop. =)
Yesterday, I visited Notre Dame with another girl, Kat from DC, that I met at an Internationals group. How wierd is it to be the "international"? I think its a good (short term) experience to be the outsider for awhile. It gives you a greater understanding of how people feel when the visit the US.
Anyway, after Notre Dame we headed over to the Highlander Bar, which was nice scottish pub for happy hour with an American group...or least they said they were American. I think that Kat and I were the only "Americans". Most people had lived in the US for a period of time. Regardless, it was fun meeting people and I loved the bar...and who doesn't like happy hour!
