I'm still jet lagged and I slept almost the entire day yesterday. Finally, I decided to do something about this situation and I took some sleeping pills before I went to bed and now I feel great!...slept all night and got up at 9am.

When Clint got home yesterday, we drank wine, ate dinner and watched Euro 2008 (France lost). Then we walked around. I really wanted to try Le Souffle, which as the name suggests, has many souffles. Unfortunately the host said they were fini for the evening - so we'll be heading back b/c the souffles looked phenominal and its right around the corner from where we live. You can get a three course meal of only souffles. Isn't that amazing.

Our real estate guy, Guilleume, stopped by this morning and I had one very important question to ask him. What do Parisians do for air conditioning? He laughed at me and said that only offices in Paris have air conditioning. He said that when it gets really hot, people open their windows (which I've had open since the moment I got here). He said not to worry, that it only gets really hot for two weeks in August...So, I guess this explains why everyone packs up shop and leaves during August.
